Oysters and other bivalves are living products.
The analyses do not replace the need for the customer to observe the product at the time of consumption.
After opening the oysters you are going to consume, you should check:
That smell is nice!
That the shell contains oyster water
That the product is from a reliable supplier.
If you have any questions, ask for the purifier label. It came with the product.
