The Premium Oyster from Ilha has the traditional sea flavour of oysters and the particular taste of an oyster grown in the Ria de Aveiro, more velvety than that of other producing areas in the country. After being removed from the water in the purifier, duly cleaned, the oysters are placed inside a package containing thermal gel for adequate preservation of the product. This box is thermally insulated from the outside, using a double white plastic tape and a blue self-adhesive sleeve, with the Ostra em Casa symbol. Inside the package there is also a letter from the Management of Ilha dos Puxadoiros to the Customer, with suggestions and recommendations, which we recommend reading.
